1. Visual Inspection - a professional, board certified review to identify mold or other problems in your home. This low-cost, preliminary survey includes full moisture meter measurement, relative humidity diagnosis, airborne partical distribution analysis, moisture intrusion analysis, and asbestos inspection.

2. IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) Testing - a comprehensive analysis that identifies the specific type and extent of problem areas. In addition to the visual inspection detailed in step one, samples are acquired and tested by leading third party laboratories, which provide reports based on those samples.

3. Proposal - CRAL will provide a detailed set of recommendations and prescribed course of action, including cost estimates, based on individual findings from the first two steps.

4. Remediation - CRAL’s professional team initiates and completes all necessary processes to accomplish desired results.

5. PRV (Post-Remediation Verification) - when necessary, an independent third party assures that remediation goals (as detailed in step 3) were met and that the original problems have been properly solved.
