Craig has been in the environmental contracting industry for almost 30 years. Craig graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics. He is an active member in the community and his church, as well as local and national business and environmental organizations.
Craig previously held the position of vice-president at a national environmental contracting firm prior to starting CRAL. Craig has fostered the growth of CRAL and his subsequent real estate holding company into successful ventures, garnering numerous recognitions and awards for his outstanding business and leadership skills.
Craig’s experience has been crucial in his leadership roles as board member and president of local charities and business development agencies. Craig takes special pride in his family. Especially, the support of his wife, Lori, and his three children for the motivation behind his success.
Sam has been in the environmental remediation industry for 20+ years. He is actively involved in estimating, project management and sales.
A graduate of SUNY Brockport, Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in science. Sam’s knowledge of the industry and great interpersonal skills has led to his continued success and consistent multi-million-dollar sales inventory every year.
Scott’s passion for the environmental industry was fostered at an early age as he grew up in and around the Adirondacks. His degree in Environmental Engineering gave him a solid foundation and the tools to pursue his passion. Scott’s published work with the National Science Foundation on international environmental issues has helped shape environmental policy. His work in material science, manufacturing, and construction brings a unique perspective to environmental remediation.
Scott has 28 years in the environmental industry; 13 of which are with CRAL. As Operations Manager, Scott has a multi-faceted role in project management, sales, human resources, and company development.
Travis comes from a military background; serving as an Army infantry repel master reaching the rank of Staff Sargent E6. He transitioned into the environmental field in 2004 when he joined the CRAL team. Travis has risen through the ranks learning all aspects of the industry, including field supervisor where he trained most of the field crews before advancing to management in 2020.
As Production Manager, he oversees the field crews, manages supplies and inventory, performs equipment & fleet maintenance, and manages multiple properties for CRAL. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Rachell, children and grandchildren and is a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan.
Noah’s background in business brings a unique perspective to the environmental industry. A graduate from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Business has worked in various sales and marketing positions in the southeast. His knowledge of the environmental disciplines continues to advance with his multiple industry certifications and field experience.
As an active outdoorsman, his love of family and the northeast’s distinct seasons prompted his return. Noah’s multi-faceted role includes program management, marketing, and sales. He enjoys learning from and tackling new challenges prevalent in our industry.
Cassandra brings almost two decades of business experience to CRAL. She has a wide range of skills, including marketing, accounting, administrative and business management, as well as customer service.
Cassandra manages the administrative aspects of CRAL’s commercial, residential, and industrial accounts. She coordinates project metrics and interfaces with clients, vendors, and employees. Cassandra is essential in bringing together the small details to ensure success of the bigger picture. She is an avid outdoors person and spends much of her time with her husband Ryan and their devoted pooch Doug.
